In this article, I will go through the weekly dividend increases and cuts in popular and well-known stocks. (Member of The Dividend Champions or Canadian All-Star list)



Recently, 5 companies announced dividend increases. Note that no dividend cuts or suspensions were announced during this period.



The table below summarises the dividend change announcements. The table shows the current dividend, the new dividend and the percentage increase (%). Dividends are shown on an annual basis and in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Yield is the new dividend yield of the most recent price, and Years is the years of consecutive dividend increases.








OGE Energy Corp. (OGE)

OGE Energy Corp., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an energy and energy services provider that offers physical delivery and related services in the United States. It operates through Electric Company Operations and Natural Gas Midstream segments. The company generates, transmits, distributes, and sells electric energy. OGE Energy Corp. was founded in 1902 and is headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On September 26, OGE announced a quarterly dividend of $0.4182.

This is a 1.0% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4141.

City Holding Company (CHCO)

This is a 10.0% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.

Accenture plc, a professional services company, provides strategy and consulting, interactive, industry X, song, and technology and operation services worldwide. The company was founded in 1951 and is based in Dublin, Ireland.

On September 28, ACN announced a quarterly dividend of $1.29.

This is a 15.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.12.

Johnson Outdoors Inc. (JOUT)

Johnson Outdoors Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets seasonal and outdoor recreational products for fishing worldwide. It operates through four segments: Fishing, Camping, Watercraft Recreation, and Diving. The company was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin.

On September 29, JOUT announced a quarterly dividend of $0.33.

This is a 6.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

Honeywell International Inc. (HON)

This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.03.
